Art Alley

This is a favorite place and special to many who reside in Rapid City, SD. Art Alley is where many new public art projects are installed/painted. I captured this image of four teens walking down the alley on one of Rapid City's "Summer Nights" events, where the streets are full of music and dancing. The main medium is pastel with a watercolor foundation.
