Every year the Makawao rodeo thrills and excites the residence and visitors who come to see the spectacle on July 4. It takes place in Oski race arena in Kula, Maui, Hawaii. Of course, this is a female barrel racer who’s horse and rider are intent on “barreling” around the final turn to the finish line.
