I painted this image en plein air from a porch in the quintessential fishing village of Stonington, Maine, on a gorgeous, sunny day in September 2021. I loved the depth of this beautiful view of the green house overlooking Stonington Harbor and on to the Deer Isle Thoroughfare beyond and the sunlight sparkling on the rooftops below me.
